Delivery and Returns Policy

Returning your order

If you’d like to return your unopened and unused purchase, please follow the instructions of the Returns Policy.

Unfortunately we cannot refund items that have been opened or used.You can return any unopened items within 7 days of purchase.

To start the returns process, please contact the Accounts Department Team regarding the return via assa_accounts@annoesloansa.co.za and they will be able to guide and instruct you the steps to follow.

Customers must arrange (at their own cost) to return the goods. We suggest you use a tracked delivery service. You must also return the goods in a saleable condition, either with the same packaging as when it was received, or with equivalent packaging. Please note we cannot refund items that have damaged while in transit due to improper packaging. Make sure you wrap them up well!

Cancelling your order

If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, please give us a call asap.

If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund immediately. If your order has been dispatched, you will receive your refund minus cost of delivery charge on returning your order to us.

Delivery

Your orders are lovingly hand-packed and dispatched from our headquarters in, delivered straight to your door.

All orders placed before 1:00pm, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays and Christmas holidays), will be dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, or over the weekend, will be dispatched the following working day.

Courier Information:
No deliveries are made on weekends or public holidays. We will always do our utmost to dispatch orders on time; however, once your order has left us, there may be circumstances beyond our control that can cause delays. If your order hasn’t arrived when expected and the courier hasn’t provided an update, please get in touch.

Deliveries to Remote Areas:
Please expect longer lead times to the outlying regions (such as areas outside of major South African metros) typically require 3 to 5 business days for delivery, which can extend to 10 working days during peak periods

We operate from 8:30am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday. Our offices are closed on weekends, public holidays, and between Christmas and New Year. Dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.
