Your order is lovingly hand packed in our Warehouse in Durban and delivered straight to your door.

We offer a standard home delivery service by courier. Deliveries are made within our courier’s standard operating hours Monday to Friday. No deliveries are made on weekends or Public Holidays. Please note our warehouse and offices are closed on public holidays as well as between Christmas and New Year – dispatches and deliveries will not be made during these periods.

We operate a standard delivery rate of R80.00 on all orders below R400.00. All orders over R400.00 are sent free of any delivery charge.

We aim to deliver within 2-3 working days from receiving your order. Orders placed on Friday or over the weekend will be processed the following Monday, with the 2-3 working days delivery coming in to effect then.

RETURNS

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you’d like to return your unopened and unused purchase and receive a full refund, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order. Returns are to be made at your expense and couriered to our warehouse.

Only items that are returned with the safety seal unbroken and with no evidence of having been opened or used within the required time frame and in a re-saleable condition will be refunded.

Returns Process:
1) Contact our Mail Order Team to let them know you are returning your purchase  via email to mailorder@chalkpaint.co.za or on +27 (32) 815 1112
2) Return goods via your chosen courier within 14 days of receiving order (we suggest you use a tracked delivery service) to:

Please make sure the items are packaged securely in the same packaging in which it was received. Please note we cannot refund items that have been damaged while in transit.

If after making a purchase you wish to cancel your order, please give us a call ASAP.

If your order has not been dispatched, you will receive a full refund immediately. If your order has been dispatched, you will receive your refund once the returned products have been received back into our warehouse, in a re-saleable condition.

Orders that are received before 12h00 are generally dispatched on the same day. Orders received after 12h00 are dispatched the following business day.

If in the unlikely event your products arrive damaged, unusable or incorrect in any way please contact the Mail Order Team by calling +27 (32) 815 1112 or via email to info@chalkpaint.co.za – if your call is received before 12 noon, the necessary replacement items will be dispatched the same day.
